For an international corporation with tens of thousands of employees, synchronizing planning across continents is an enormous challenge. Traditional planning processes were often fragmented, inconsistent, and dependent on paper, leading to downtime and information transfer errors.
Productoo implemented a comprehensive digital solution that began with a successful pilot program at the Rakovník plant and subsequently scaled to more than 50 factories worldwide within a single year. As part of the project, a universal digital operator screen was created, and order processing was fully automated. This eliminated reliance on manual interventions and ensured continuous, paperless 24/7 operations.
Standardizing software versions across all plants enabled immediate sharing of manufacturing best practices and increased the transparency of the entire supply chain.
