Application allows users to customize and display multiple floors. As the purpose of Factory Cockpit is to be the best tool for designing “digitial twin” of every customer’s factory and some customers actually came up with multi-floor factories, this feature is just another must-have evolution.

User (administrator) can dynamically define a specific set of user roles with selected responsibilities based on customer’s needs. The roles have different action rights, visibility (for example planning module without the right to edit) and access to specific modules.
Adding more flexibility to Maintenance Control. Maintenance technician assigned to a specific task can hand it over to someone else. Also useful in situations if some tasks of the order are performed first by mechanic, later by electrician, etc.
Visualization of KPIs for selected period of time, displaying of breakdowns. KPI history charts for production lines (per connected application). In addition to the real-time and frozen KPI data it is now possible to visualize complete evolution of selected KPI in the trend chart.
MPS import to include midterm planning. With this new feature, Production Control can visualize and manage 4-6 weeks plans (MPS) and combine it with daily planning already included in the system.
Improved MES interface, ability to receive realtime information about breaks and additional use in application screens. In case the MES is used for declaring production by operators on the line, Production Control can immediately receive information about the status – start and finish of production and breaks.
Ability to create the perfect production sequence while considering differences among material changeovers. There are 3 ways to manage changeover in Production Control: 1/ MES will share the changeover matrix for all materials via webservice. 2/ CSV file import and 3/ Manual management in Production Control.

Material visual check using 3D models on the shop floor digital workstation. There is no more need for paper versions of product visuals being produced on particular station, or complicated usage of different applications and screens. The operator can now have it all in one application, on one screen and easily visualize his product with zoom in/out and 3D rotation.

Standard declaration screen can even be used for quality management, with various customization options. After the operator finishes the material, he can move it to “Waiting for quality” and only after the check is done, it is moved to the next stage. The check can be performed by a different person using different login and during the check there is an option to display relevant documents and visuals needed to perform the check.
User accessible workstation via fingerprint reader. This feature is for customers who want to have user-specific access to production lines and workstations. It is great tool for actions traceability.
Production order life cycle extended with final quality check. Check is performed only on selected materials, or the orders produced on specific production lines. Quality stations can be dedicated to a specific production line, multiple lines, or single line can have multiple quality stations. Quality check is done on Digital workstation with a new quality screen managing sequence of the orders waiting to be checked. There is also a new status report with information about on-going quality checks.
A new addon enabling to share shop floor screens. Splitting a single screen into different parts allowing to simultaneously run muliple applications. Splitter can be used for sharing a screen among both Productoo apps (Digital workstation, Linefeeder view, etc.) and other 3rd party apps. It includes various templates suitable for landscape/portrait screen format. Supporting multi-touch touchscreens.
Standalone application to be used for sharing data among multiple Productoo instances. Possibility to share selected KPIs among applications in real time, or via Time Explorer to perform historic data analysis. In case of on-premise installation it can be used for condition monitoring of application servers, database, license status, etc. For data monitoring the users can use application dashboard, reporting, notification centre, or integration in Factory Cockpit Mobile.
New version of Productoo Customization. After numerous evolutions with multiple added features and options there is now a need to come up with new design, new grouping of related functions and brand new help section.
Extension of current Productoo Production Control application (template eBTT) with a new module, designed to digitalise and manage requester’s repackaging process.
Ability to create and import objects with true dimensions. This will help users to get a true picture of production area. Very useful feature for example in situtions when they want to know how will a new equipment fit in the selected space.
A new replenishment strategy added. Make to stock production items are managed in Production Control – stock levels are regularly synchronized with ERP and if they drop below predefined stock levels, production items are automatically created and scheduled on corresponding production lines. The information is sent back to ERP and synced.
Final version of 3D visualization of factory shop floor. Supports objects rotations, zooming and different angle views, which is very helpful for implementations with large and complex production shop floor layouts where you can get almost lost among all the lines and other objects that you transfer to the digital twin of your factory.
First step towards Productoo AI – after the list of production orders is imported into Production Control from ERP, the production sequence is created and scheduled automatically based on the given priority matrix.
Additional type of shop floor andon screen. It displays the production queue for a specific production line, similarly to the standard Productoo declaration screen, but in addition also the stock level overview of MTS (make to stock) items produced on the line. Operator can easily distinguish the priority among the materials which are to be produced based on their decreasing stock levels.
Adding a new module to Factory Cockpit called Plant designer. Users can now easily create and adjust production shop floor layout so as it reflects the reality as much as possible. Corresponding objects can be easily placed on the digital factory shop floor by drag and drop.
Factory Cockpit is now available on mobile devices – the application can be used on Android and iOS. Users are even more flexibile and the KPIs they are monitoring can be displayed anywhere “on the road”.
Automatic planning – adding entity called “virtual pool”, which is used for balancing materials dedicated to multiple parallel lines based on their current workload. This solution is developed for customers who use automatic planning in Production Control and need to create a perfect sequence on parallel prudction lines which can produce the same material.
When using the mobile module of Maintenance Control, technicians have multiple ways to describe the issue he is dealing with. Not only can they add notes but alsorecord and upload audio, video and photos.
Adding another point of view when monitoring production – the truck image. To be used at Expedition/Warehouse and Logistics. Planning of production and sequencing can be adjusted to the size of the actual truck.
Adding preventive planning to Maintenance Control Settings (customization). It enables the creation of plans for preventive maintenance which are independent of an ERP system – i.e. fully managed in Maintenance Control.
Improved reporting and material coverage visualization with regards to extended upstream functionalities. Importing BOMMAT from SAP in order to have a better view of upstream production planning and monitoring. This information allows to break down the finish material to semifinish materials, components and packaging and plan their production accordingly. Realtime visualization of future (“virtual”) coverage of related materials connected in the BOM.
Productoo is adjusting to the trend of ERP SaaS solutions. All Productoo applications are now available and compatible with SAP S/4HANA, which is SAP Business Suite 4 running on the SAP HANA database, and thus it is packaged as one product. The S/4HANA product offering consists of two editions: SAP S/4HANA On-Premise and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
Factory Cockpit optimized and tested on AWS Cloud. If customers for some reason prefer not to have on-premise installation of Factory Cockpit, Productoo can offer this cloud option which has been validated, so the application will run in their robust cloud environment.

Offline availability for shop floor screens. Even without internet connection, the screen can be switched to Offline mode – the operator can normally continue production declaration. Data will be synchronized after the connection is reestablished.
In addition to the technician and equipment calendars we are now adding Global calendar with overview of all maintenance orders at specific date. Possible view in daily, weekly and monthly format.
There are two new scenarios available in Production Control based on which the production sequence can be rescheduled – 1/ material grouping based on changeovers and 2/ leveling based on optimal batch size. The rescheduling can be run as an automatic job or manually triggered by users.
Virtual coverage concept, which was already presented in Reporting module is now available in Production Control planning module. User can see not only the current stock levels of input materials for his line but also their estimated stock levels based on detailed hourly plan for upcoming week.
